Kim began her journey with The Glass Connection in 2000 as a part-time bookkeeper while raising her young children. What started as a flexible role quickly evolved into a long-term career as she developed a deep understanding of the glass industry and the company’s operations.

In 2006, Kim transitioned to a full-time position and expanded her responsibilities into estimating and project management. She took on key roles in bidding projects, coordinating schedules, and managing orders, quickly discovering a passion for the work and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

By 2013, Kim was overseeing day-to-day operations during the previous owners’ extended absences, which naturally led to discussions about the future of the company. In June 2015, she proudly purchased The Glass Connection and became its owner.

Since then, Kim has remained dedicated to growing the business while maintaining a strong focus on quality workmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
